Because we ourselves were looking for a system to easily create helpdesk tickets we looked into a number of known systems on the market.
One of these systems have been taken as an example when we developed this Lotus Notes database.
This database can be used from the Lotus Notes client or from a Web browser the screens in both environments are equal as far as possible.
