My website is intended to provide information about INECO, my services and my expertise in HCL Notes and HCL Domino. I believe it is important that you know what happens to your personal data when you use my website.
In this Privacy Policy, I explain which personal data I process, why I process it and what rights you have.
1. Who am I?
INECO stands for Intranet & Network Consultancy.

2. What personal data do I process?
I only process personal data that is necessary for the purpose for which you contact me or use my website.
Depending on how you use my website, this may include:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your telephone number, if you provide it;
- the content of your message;
- any other information you provide in a contact request.
In addition, certain technical data is processed when you visit my website. This may include information about your browser, device and IP address.
3. Contact form
If you contact me using my contact form, I use the information you provide to respond to your message.
I may use this information to:
- answer your question;
- contact you;
- handle a request or enquiry;
- make further arrangements if necessary.
I do not use information submitted through the contact form for marketing purposes, and I do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Google reCAPTCHA
My contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, automated messages and other misuse of the form.
reCAPTCHA analyses technical signals for this purpose, such as information about your device and browser, your IP address and your interaction with the website. This processing is aimed at security and the prevention of fraud and misuse. Google acts as a processor for the data processed through reCAPTCHA.
4. Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics 4 to gain insight into how my website is used. This allows me to see, for example, which pages are visited, how visitors find my website and how the website is used.
I use this information solely to analyse and improve my website.
Google Analytics is not used for advertising or for creating marketing profiles.
Google Analytics is only activated on my website after you have given your consent to statistics cookies. For more information, please see my Cookie Policy.
5. Polylang
My website is available in multiple languages. I use Polylang for this purpose.
Polylang uses functional information to, among other things, remember your selected language. This is described in my Cookie Policy.
6. Complianz and WP Consent API
I use Complianz and the WP Consent API to manage your cookie preferences.
These systems allow my website to take your choices into account, for example when you give or refuse consent to statistics cookies. They may store functional information that is necessary to remember your choice and pass it on to the relevant parts of the website.

7. Who do I share your data with?
I do not sell or rent your personal data.
I only share personal data with third parties when this is necessary for the operation of my website, to respond to your request or to secure my website.
My website uses services provided by Google, including Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA. The processing carried out by these services is described in this Privacy Policy and, where it concerns cookies and similar technologies, in my Cookie Policy.
8. How long do I keep your data?
I use the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your message.
I delete the message from the contact form after I have reviewed it. If necessary to respond to your question or request, I may temporarily retain your information as part of my email correspondence.
If your contact with me results in a business relationship, I keep the information necessary for that relationship for as long as needed. In addition, statutory retention periods may apply to my records.
9. Security
I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access and other unlawful use.
10. Your rights
You have various rights regarding your personal data. For example, you can:
- ask which personal data I hold about you;
- ask me to correct your data;
- ask me to delete your data;
- ask me to restrict the processing of your data;
- object to certain processing activities;
- in certain situations, ask me to provide your data to you or transfer it to another organisation.
If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

I may ask you to provide sufficient information to verify that the request actually comes from you.
11. Making a complaint
If you have a complaint about the way I handle your personal data, please contact me first. I will of course do my best to resolve your complaint.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), the Dutch supervisory authority for privacy and personal data.
12. Cookies
My website uses functional and statistics cookies. I do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
