INECO stands for Intranet & Network Consultancy. My name is Marcel Rothuizen, and I founded INECO in Arnhem in 1996.
ICT has been a common thread throughout my career. HCL Notes and HCL Domino have been an important part of my work from the very beginning.
Over the years, I have worked with, developed, managed and improved hundreds of applications and various Domino environments.
HCL Notes and HCL Domino have changed names several times over the years: from Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino to IBM Notes and IBM Domino, and eventually to HCL Notes and HCL Domino. The name may have changed, but my knowledge of the platform has remained.
If it has anything to do with HCL Notes or Domino, there is a good chance I can help you.
IIn addition to my specialist knowledge of HCL Notes and HCL Domino, I have broad experience with other ICT and development technologies, including C#, Visual Basic, PHP, CSS, HTML, Java, JavaScript and Python.
I also have extensive experience with Agile and Scrum. I am certified as a Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I).
My approach is simple: deliver good-quality work at a reasonable price, without unnecessary bells and whistles or fuss.
Would you like to know more about my experience, expertise and work? Then take a look at my Curriculum vitae Marcel Rothuizen – HCL Notes / Domino Consultant in Dutch (version 2025/05/18).
Are you looking for a Lotus Notes developer, IBM Notes developer, HCL Notes developer or HCL Domino administrator?
Then you have come to the right place.
Lotus may have disappeared from the name years ago, but the applications and knowledge certainly have not.
Why the name INECO?
The name INECO was created in 1995, when the concept of intranets was becoming increasingly popular.
At the time, much of my work involved setting up intranets, internet connections and networks for businesses. This led to the name INECO, formed from the first letters of INtranet, NEtwork and COnsultancy.
INECO has now been around for more than 30 years, but the name has remained.
The INECO brand name and logo are registered under number 0966575 with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property

.
HCL Software
INECO is an HCL Software Reseller. Selling software and licences, however, is not my main activity.
Where needed, I advise clients on the purchase and implementation of HCL Software, and I can help with the development, configuration and management of HCL Notes and HCL Domino environments.
The focus is on what your organisation actually needs, rather than on selling as many licences as possible.
