Agile

Since around 2015, I have gained extensive experience with various disciplines within the Scrum framework.

Since 2020, I have been certified as a Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) and since 2021 as a Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I).

As a Scrum Master, I help teams work together effectively, remove impediments and continuously improve.

I facilitate Scrum events, coach team members and help create effective collaboration between the development team, the Product Owner and other stakeholders.

My technical background is an important addition to this role.

I understand the technology and the challenges development teams face, which allows me to easily bridge the gap between technology, the organisation and the product.
